The Future of Your Healthcare is at Risk

Longer wait times, Closed clinics, Fewer Doctors.

Do you really have access to healthcare, if you have to wait a month or more to see your doctor?

What is Happening to Healthcare in British Columbia?

The Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA) is changing the way healthcare is delivered in our province.

Longer Wait Times: Already struggling to get a doctor’s appointment? HPOA will make it worse. Expect even longer wait times to see a physician as healthcare professionals are burdened with bureaucratic red tape and shortages become more severe.

Closed Clinics and Facilities: Local health facilities and clinics may be forced to close due to a lack of doctors brought about by increased government interference, making it harder for you to access care where and when you need it.

Emergency Room Shutdowns:

Rolling shutdowns of emergency rooms will increase as hospitals struggle to meet the requirements imposed by HPOA, leaving patients in critical need without immediate care.
